These culinary sample packs contain 18+ pounds of flavorful grass fed & finished beef. There also an option for 40+ lb. packs (best value). The packs include a mix of ground beef, pot roasts, and prime cuts (i.e. steaks). It comes frozen and is wrapped to store for up to a year. Unlike most grass-fed beef, this beef has plenty of marbling! We do it right.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PICKUP!
We will be picking the meat up from the butcher on Tuesday, August 13. Your meat will be available for pickup at the farm from 2pm until 8pm that day. By purchasing, you agree to arrange to pickup your pack on that day during that time window. We DO NOT have the freezer capacity to provide storage. We will follow up with you via email with reminders and more information.
